The Red Beanbag
This Aussie-inspired café has been making waves since it first opened and Publika at Solaris Dutamas does have the best cafés there. Led by a team of 4 owners, The Red Beanbag takes pride in the quality of their food, coffee and service. Besides focusing on Western breakfast mealtimes, their mille crepe is also a very popular cuisine for dessert connoisseurs. More expensive than usual places, bloggers have recommended that it is worth the money you’ll be paying for!More infoThe Red Beanbag View restaurant

Humble Beginnings
Now, Humble Beginnings started off pretty humbly. They originated from Johor Bahru and were a small online business specialising in mille crepe orders and deliveries. With five locations all over the nation; three in Penang, one in Kuala Lumpur and one in Johor Bahru, fret not as the one in KL is not hard to find! It’s located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur itself: KLCC. The mille crepes are reportedly one of the creamiest in town! Fans of cream and delicate layers of crepe will definitely enjoy this sweet delight!More infoHumble Beginnings View restaurant

LOKL Coffee
Rather hidden in the big city of Kuala Lumpur, LOKL Coffee is located at Jalan Tun H S Lee, sharing the same row with BackHome Hostel (they divide the space equally, apparently). With a black rooster at the sign outside their café, it’s hard to miss it. They have a variety of desserts and cakes, with the mille crepe being one of it. It’s moist on the inside and creamy on the outside!More infoLOKL Coffee Co View restaurant

Feeka Coffee Roasters
The name “Feeka” is inspired by a Swedish social philosophy, “Fiqa” which loosely translates, “taking a coffee break with family and friends”. Using local coffee beans, Feeka Coffee Roasters roasts their coffee to simple perfection. Surprising for local beans but, thumbs up! Their sweet mille crepe is ordinary but worth a try. It’s not as creamy as other places so people who can’t stand that milky taste in cream, fret not!More infoFeeka Coffee Roasters View restaurant

Eight Ounce Coffee
Relatively new in the coffee and café market, Eight Ounce Coffee has already two outlets situated at The Gardens Mall and Suria KLCC. Reportedly serving gourmet cakes, their mille crepe is on the list too. Their mille crepes have more fresh cream in the cake than the layers but it doesn’t mean that it will fail your expectations on desserts. After all, they are called gourmet for a reason.More infoEight Ounce Coffee View restaurant

Tokyo Pastry
With Japanese, Asian and European elements in their dishes and desserts, Tokyo Pastry intends to provide good quality bakery with reasonable value for money. Formed in 2012, Tokyo Pastry has two outlets. One in Kota Damansara and one in Avenue K in Kuala Lumpur. Their delectable desserts can be very hard to choose as they also focus on cakes and patisserie. Tokyo Pastry serve really creamy mille crepe cakes but a bit lacking in flavour. Overall, they’re still worth the moneyMore infoTokyo Pastry View restaurant
