Opened by a former school teacher from Spain, the paellas served could not get more authentic than this. Their signature paellas are their valenciana paella, and squid ink paella. Instead of serving it in a pan, they cook it in a large batch, and serve it on a plate for your enjoyment. There is a see through glass to the kitchen, where you can have a view of the chef preparing your delicious meal! They are also reputable for serving one of the best churros in town, so do give that a try as well! If you do plan to make a visit here, remember to make a reservation as this place is often fully booked.

The pricing here may be slightly on the higher end, but the food will not disappoint! They serve 6 different varieties of paella, with the most basic one containing both chicken and pork. Unsure whether you prefer meat or seafood in your paella? Fret not! You can order their Paella Mixta, which contains a perfect mix of them both, giving you the best of both worlds! It is served in a pan, cooked just right to ensure a slight crust on the bottom. Its amazing texture and rich flavor will overtake your senses, making you wanting for more!

Located in the neighborhood of Bangsar, Huck's cafe adopts a home themed cafe.  The atmosphere here is very cosy, allowing you to feel at home. They use fresh and organic ingredients here, which makes it both tasty and healthy. Their signature seafood paella is served with fresh prawns, mussels, and squids. It is only available by advance order, as good things take time!

Cava’s Specialty is their squid ink paella with squid and prawns, with garlic aioli. The seafood served is so fresh, it is as if you could taste the sea itself! Value is added to the dish with the usage of Japanese pearl rice, making the dish more satisfying to chew on. It is also paired with a chilli padi dip, which adds a burst of flavor to the whole dish without overpowering the ingredients in it!
