The term risotto does carry a sense of luxury in many restaurants, where even the simplest of them all seem to be of favourites. But to gain a taste of fresh, authentic, and truly augmented risotto, this is the place you will want to be at. Staging the dish at an al dente texture, the rest is contributed by a cream laden sauce and an elevation with some seafood essence and crunchy asparaguses. This will definitely put you into an abbiocco state.
