Chen Chen BBQ Goose & Duck
Finding Chen Chen BBQ Goose & Duck may not be the easiest of tasks, but it is well worth the trouble (or just use a bloody GPS). Anyway, Chen Chen is also one of the more popular places to have roasted goose as it is pretty scarce here in Malaysia. Their version is extremely crisp on the outside and succulent on the inside - a perfect combination for a good set of goose. It's also incredibly well flavoured and the accompanying gravy on the side just adds on a whole new level of richness and flavour.

Restoran Wei Kee
Restoran Wei Kei has been around for a bloody long time. Though it may not be the prettiest, they offer a heck of a roasted goose. Apart from their awesomely succulent and crisp serving of goose, they're also one of the rare ones that offers the innards. The pairing sauces are also pretty good as well, one of which is tangy while the other is slightly spicy. Great flavour, lovely texture and a meal to remember.

Restoran Siew Ngap Fai
Even the name of the restaurant itself is called "roasted duck 'fai'". As such, you'll expect the restaurant to offer good (if not great) servings of roasted goose and duck. Fortunately, that is correct. Their version of the roasted goose is known to be one of the most tender and succulent in town. Though the skin may not be as crisp, it still packs in a whole lot of flavour and the texture is pleasant.

Soon Fatt Beijing Roast Duck
If flavour is all you care about, and not so much on the ambiance, then Soon Fatt Beijing Roast Duck may be the place for you. Seats are pretty limited but you can call in advance to reserve your spot. As for their roasted goose, you'll be sure to have a great time chewing on something so tender, soft, and packed full of flavour. They also serve both white rice and oiled-rice so do choose your pick.

Restoran Yi Kee
Restoran Yi Kee is home to many great roasted dishes; roasted pork, duck, chicken and of course, goose as well. Their version is slightly crispier than most and is served glistening. That my friend, is a sign of luxury. The meat also has a nice balance of lean to fat ratio, where it's neither too dry nor squishy. Flavour-wise, absolutely spot on and definitely well worth the effort.
