Best Shepherd’s Pie in PJ

La Manila has been receiving admiration of all ages for their sheer spread of cakes that lie beneath a stretched glass encasement. They also serve a number of Western and local favourites on the menu to remind you that cakes are meant for desserts. If you’re looking for something simple yet fulfilling, their cottage pie may be your belly’s best interest. The pie is all blown up with chicken concoction and beautifully encased with creamy mashed potato that is baked to perfection on the outside. Its good on its own, but a serving of homemade gravy on help enhance the flavours. 

Housed in Jaya Shopping Centre, Good Food & Co certainly live up to their name. The head chef has spent numerous years in Perth, Australia and the influences are pretty visible on the menu and atmosphere. Generously portioned with minced lamb imbued with their special sauce, diced vegetables and velvety mashed potatoes, their shepherd’s pie has been nabbing positive reviews among the patrons. The accompanying side of lettuce make up a crunchy element that is not present in the savoury bowl. The only burst of bubble is the shepherd pie is a seasonal item on the menu, therefore it depends on your luck too.
