Wild Yeast Bakery
There's something so simple yet amazing about Wild Yeast. Their sourdough is perfectly made like how it should be. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The taste itself is very indicative of sourdough. It does possess a sour aftertaste and it's not off-putting. Very authentic and tasty.
