Abang Man Tom Yam Thai Seafood Restaurant
What you’ll love most about this dish is the flavours of lemongrass, galangal (type of ginger), fresh tomatoes, shreds of carrots, bite size cauliflowers, parsleys and its light orangey tom yam broth. Perfect with white rice and other dishes of your choice. One of Kuching’s better tom yam that’s simple yet spicy and tangy.

Beware that for some people the sourness may be slightly overpowering but still superb. If you like your Tom Yam done this way Pandan Thai Delight would be the best place for you. A rich sour-spicy bright orange-y soup with a slightly thick texture enticing the meal. This special seafood Tom Yam consists of fresh water lobster making the soup giving a sweeter texture and taste. Garnished with parsley at the top to get that extra fragrant kicking in.

Savour an enticing tangy Tom Yam that’s totally flavourful and rich in taste. Fresh ingredients of squid, prawns, chopped okras and a type of yellow fruit are mixed together making the broth much tastier. It is served in a clay pot where to keep the Tom Yam soup well heated.
