First and foremost, I have to say that the ambiance of KOTAK Plus SS15 is amazing. It has a cozy and modern interior with a minimalist design that makes it a perfect spot for a casual hangout with friends or family.

Now let's move on to the food. KOTAK Plus offers a wide range of fusion dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Kotak Fried Rice is one of their most popular dishes. It is Malaysian-style fried rice with a twist. The rice is cooked with eggs, chicken, and vegetables and served with a special sauce that is a combination of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. The portion size is quite generous and can easily feed two people.

On the second level, near their cutlery section, they've set aside a specific area for the soup and sweet sauces. There is free soup available for you to take and add to as much as you like. The sambal's spice is considerably tempered by the sweet sauce. They're the bomb when you combine them.
