Doughy interior and a donut-like exterior, bagels have made quite a storm, especially in the breakfast and brunch scene. It's relatively fresh dough first boiled and then baked to a dense and chewy texture. Yes, it does sound and looks pretty simple but once it’s filled with a manner of meats, heaped with fresh greens, spread with cream cheese or gobbled down straight off the oven, one would be hard-pressed to find fault. So much of love for this baked goodness and sinking your teeth into mediocre ones is just unacceptable. And what constitutes a good coffee-oriented cafe – comfort bites and desserts, charming ambience and pleasant service, all elements are well-taken care at Coffee Elements. A common sight to see is tables graced up with a selection of bagels – cream cheese, egg and ham, salmon, beef salami, turkey ham, and even chocolate. No matter which filling gets the nod, the bouncy and dense bagel complements it with flying colours.
