Ah Ping Bak Kut Teh
Amazing food, great service, affordable? Really? Majority of Malaysians are not very used to seeing these three words put together because something has to fall short. Not at Ah Ping’s! It is probably one of the most renowned bak kut teh joints in Subang Jaya. Their herbal broth is thick, rich and as fragrant as it can possibly be! Absolutely mouth-watering!More infoAh Ping Bak Kut Teh View restaurant

Restaurant Grandpa
Last and not least, Restaurant Grandpa. If you’re not really into thick BKT, that’s okay because Restaurant Grandpa’s BKT soup isn’t very thick, but still retains a rich and authentic herbal flavor with all its porky goodness! A great accompaniment to order is the grainy textured, nutty flavored yam rice.More infoRestaurant Grandpa View restaurant

Yut Kee Bak Kut Teh
Yut Kee’s is definitely a bak kut teh place to be! The bak kut teh is so good that it is almost hard to describe because there simply just not enough words! The place is relatively modest, but the BKT is transcendent! That’s not all though. Their dry bak kut teh also deserves recognition for its exquisitely thick sauce that coats the yummy bite sized morsels of pork and pork balls.More infoYut Kee Bak Kut Teh View restaurant

Wing Hiong Bak Kut Teh
Wing Hiong brought the Klang BKT craze to Subang! Feel free to set your expectations high, because there is no way you will leave dissatisfied. This is a meat or specifically, a pork lover’s haven! The herbal element of the BKT is strong, but not overpowering. It has just the right balance of herbal, “sweet” (as the Chinese like to term good soup) and meaty. Apart from the BKT, the a la carte dishes are delectably good!More infoRestaurant Chuan Chiew View restaurant

Restaurant Qian Li Xiang
Qian Li Xiang already describes the restaurant and its tasty choice of servings. It really does have a ring to it! The food, much like the name of the restaurant, is pretty sophisticated. Their best dish has to be their dry bak kut teh coated in a thick dark, velvety sauce with lady’s fingers, dry chilis and dried cuttlefish. One word, YUM!More infoRestaurant Qian Li Xiang View restaurant

Restaurant Chuan Chiew
Enough with the Klang BKT craze. We have BKT that is just as good in Subang Jaya! This goes back to concept that the grass is greener on the other side. This BKT claypot of sinful goodness is definitely one of the best in town. The claypot of sin (as I like to call it) has a lovely mixture of meat, button mushrooms, Chinese mushroom slices, beancurd skin, iceberg lettuce and tofu balls soaked in a deliciously rich and aromatic broth! Hmm, how could you say no?More infoRestaurant Chuan Chiew View restaurant
