Restoran Sun Ming
What many considers to be the safe haven for roast meat connaiseurs, Restoran Sun Ming has (almost) them all. Duck, chicken and pork, these roasts are lusciously decadent and sinfully good. Char siew here is indeed charred to perfection and gorgeously glazed with everything that makes the dish palatable. We have zero complaints here and can not rave enough about the dish! Forget those calorie-control diets. When it comes to char siew, it is undoubtedly best with oily rice!
