Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread
found in the cuisines of West, Central and South Asia. Typically, naan is made
of flour, salt, yeast culture, and yogurt in order to produce soft and elastic
dough. The dough is then kneaded and set aside for a few hours to rise. Once
risen, the dough is divided into balls about 100 grams each, which are
flattened and cooked. Nowadays, naan is made with lots of flavours like garlic,
ginger, and cheese. Curry, dhal, and chicken tandoori are among the side dishes
served to complement the authentic Indian dish.

New Atmosfera RestaurantCertified
halalJust by the look from the outside, New Atmosferah Restaurant appear very promising and enticing. You will feel like going into a formal and high-end restaurant while it is actually just a simple and casual dining place. This eatery is worth paying a visit for some lip-smacking Malay and Indian delicacies. However, the locals love the Cheese Naan offered here. At first sight, this dish is pretty normal looking. However, it’s the filling that makes it the talk of the town – generous amount of cheese and butter. As weird as it might sound, the butter really put an extra touch to the whole plate making it stand out from the rest.
