Not too similar with other Hanjuku Cheese Tart, this Hanjuku Cheese Tart from Komugi is a little bit softer. Based on its crust, it is less crispy but its soft crust tastes soft and easy to munch especially for kids. The price is cheaper and affordable as well for a medium sized of cheese tart. In fact, its soft texture actually identifies its identity as they are good in make spongy soft cheese cakes. Let's give it a try!

Slightly bigger and less soft, this cheese tart is a normal cheese tart and it tastes just like at home. Crispy crust is so satisfying with the egg taste of fillings and not too milky and cheesy.
