A staple bakery café within Petaling Jaya, you bet that we can definitely count on Touche for a serving of good quiche. The café is quite small to begin with but often has an ongoing influx of patrons. To cater to different customers, brunch, mains, soups, salads, pastries and even cakes are served here despite its smaller space. While the kitchen’s food are mediocre and o-kay, it really is the pastries and cakes that deserve our raves.

Unlike the more individualistic cafés in the list, Dave’s Deli is a family-grown Malaysian franchise but lacks little to nothing in its F&B. From its first operations in 1989, the founding couple worked their way up through their persistence and of course, delicious recipes. Today, while Dave’s Deli may not be as prominent as other franchises around, the restaurant has a loyal customer base. Particularly famous for its ¼ Roast Chicken, the other items on the menu are not to be taken lightly. The sandwiches, amongst the various options, are also incredibly satisfying to taste. The quiche here is served with sides of coleslaw.

Founded by founders of two substantial cafés, Seeds & Wheats is a collaboration that breeds a fusion between the origins. The café bakes daily throughout 8:00AM to 4:00PM so you can be rest assured that everything subjected to consumption is freshly made. Besides danishes, croissants and quiches, coffee and all-day-brunch is also served here. At Seeds & Wheats, your quiches come as a smaller whole instead of a slice. Located at a commercial centre, the café can get crowded especially during lunch hour.

Coffea Coffee pretty much blossomed across Klang Valley almost as soon as it opened. Another specialty café, hot food is not available in any Coffea Coffee branches at the moment. Besides cakes, readymade sandwiches and quiche are pretty much the only savory options. But that’s ok! The quiche here is delicious and would be a perfect match to your coffee or Chai latte for a quick pick-me-up.
