Chicken chop is can be considered as a Malaysian classic, inspired by the British era of conquering. Well, it's not all that bad as the traditional recipe for it has long been evolved into what we know today. It's crispy, crusty and packed full of natural juices, paired with a side of sauce, coleslaw/salad and chips.

72 Heritage Cafe
Hidden deep within Kota Kemuning, a small town that no one actually visits, lies a casual cafe that offers a series of Nyonya and western cuisines. The place is relatively quiet and the owners are really nice. If there is no other customers, the lady boss will sit down and explain a little on their food and history. As for the chicken chop, it's done the classic way, with crispy batter fried till golden and served with fries and salad on the side.
