Located just a few doors away from the Swiss Hotel, it is also near Petaling Street if you’re not familiar with the busy streets of Kuala Lumpur. One thing that separates the chicken rice in Kam Kee and other places is that Kam Kee uses both free-ranged and farm-ranged chickens. The owner of Loke Yun, Phang Kee Kim, was given the “King of Hainanese Chicken Rice” award by Guang Ming Daily back in 2007. Although it’s a bit hard to find its location, the good food and excellent service made up for it.
