The absence of flour really gives this cake a unique texture which is rather light. Great for those who easily feel inundated with the taste and feeling of a dense chocolate cake. Swich Cafe
Despite it's simple appearance, Swich Cafe's Valrhona Chocolate cake was superbly rich and moist. The flavours of the chocolate didn't felt cheap, nor artificially sweet. Instead, it was smooth, velvety and fragrant. It may not be my favourite cake due to me not liking chocolate that much, but it certainly will be for those chocolate lovers.More info

Angelina Signature Cakes & Cafe
Having been baking for over a decade, Angelina's signature chocolate cake is definitely well worth the praise. The incredibly moist and chocolatey cake will leave you in awe. Not only is the cake incredibly well balance in terms of sweetness, the sludge-like texture is incredibly enjoyable. Simple, straight to the point and absolutely delicious, it's rare to find cakes like this these days.
