Al Dente
Named after a unit of measure for the doneness of spaghetti, you know this restaurant means business. From the name itself, one would expect absolute perfection, in terms of timing and presentation. Unfortunately, it isn't fine dining but the taste and presentation is second to none. As for the creme brulee, it's smooth, rich and nicely torched with just a thin layer of sugar - beautiful!

Midori Restaurant
Midori means Green in Japanese, but the restaurant itself isn't very green - how disappointing. Anyway, you'll be pleased to know that the food is more than delicious and every plate is crafted to perfection. For those who enjoys a little kick in their dessert, you might want to try out the Wasabi Creme Brulee; a delicious infusion of wasabi in sweet delicacies, giving it that added punch of flavour. It also comes with a side of red bean soup three way, which helps soothe the after effects of the wasabi!

Franco
Franco has been in Malaysia for quite some time now. Previously known as Miam Miam, this hip and contemporary-looking establishment has merged Japanese and Italian cuisine together. They are also incredibly popular for its French Toasts and Squid Ink Pasta, which to many, is a must-have. As for the creme brulee, you can expect a decent one considering the price is less than RM6. Good flavour but small portion, still a great way to end the meal.

Azur
Azer in Shangri-la Putrajaya is a stunning looking place with a touch of contemporary design - with strikes of cyan patterned through the restaurant. As for their wide range of dishes, rest assured that they are Instagram worthy and extremely well presented. Even something as simple as the creme brulee, comes topped with whipped cream, strawberries, caramelized crackers and garnish, how awesome is that?
