Best Curry Mee in Putrajaya/Cyberjaya

Nyonya Valley Restaurant is a surprisingly huge place with a good deal of authentic Nyonya dishes. From the amazing Asam Petai Prawns to Asasm Fish, and Curry Chicken to Curry Mee, they have it all. Furthermore, each plate is done beautifully where the flavours are robust and presentation is delightful. Similarly, the curry mee is great in terms of the flavour of curry, while the noodles are cooked perfectly and the sides of shredded chicken and fishcakes compliments the fish beautifully.

Peace and serenity is what Umai Cafe is all about. Located at the shore of Putrajaya's largest lake, Umai Cafe has a scenic view of the lake, while taking in a good amount of natural breeze. Sitting outdoors will also allow you to smoke, which is awesome for some people while inside, you'll be treated to a rather chilly air-conditioning. The curry mee here is fairly standard with a good amount of flavour in the broth, noodles are cooked nicely and the accompanying sides are delicious. 

Zest is one of Putrajaya Marriot's lobby restaurant and they offer a wide array of international and local ala-carte meals. One of which includes the curry mee, which is done to a finer level as compared to most. The noodles are cooked al-dante while the broth is made from fresh stock and curry, giving it a richer and deeper flavour. 

OnlyMee is another popular spot for those who enjoy having a variety of different noodle dish. They are also located at the shores of Putrajaya's largest lake, overviewing a stunning landscape of greens. What's left is the taste of the noodles, which fortunately, is great! The curry mee is both rich and savoury, while the santan added a layer of depth and creaminess, balancing out the heat from the curry. Noodles are also cooked perfectly, so there's two for two!

Verandah Restaurant is a massive place with a total of 220 seating capacity and additional 40 in private rooms, a bloody-high ceiling and stunning interior decor. The use of timber too creates a warm and cozy vibe, perfect for a casual lunch and dinner. They also offer a divine selection of  Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western cuisine, all done beautifully well. Their curry mee too is well above the rest, with broth so flavourful and rich, you'll start slurping it down unknowingly.

Homestyle Restaurant is another casual cafe that has a minimal and bare looking interior, but a menu filled with delicious Chinese cuisine. Among so many, their Curry Chicken Mee takes on dry-form approach, with noodles being slightly flatter and thicker than the regular yellow mee. Flavours are mild spiced and slightly sweet while the texture is a little more starchy - perhaps due to the dry approach. Overall, it still is pretty decent and the accompanying chunks of chicken are quite generous.
