What makes these egg tarts stand out from the others is that the crust is mixed with parmesan cheese to deliver a crispier shell to encase the custard. The filling is a mixture of mild cream cheese and eggs custard resulting in wobbly, pudding-like texture. The top is coated with caramel so this is the perfect choice if you like your egg tarts to be on the sweeter side.
