Resto Surabaya
Another Indonesian restaurant that offers customers authentic traditional Indonesian cuisine is the Resto Surabaya restaurant located in Bandar Sunway. They are not only known for their ayam penyet but also for their “dancing” fish. The “dancing” fish is the Ikan Goreng Joget dish served among others that is usually eaten with a plate of warm plain white rice. This simple dish is unique due to the fish curving slightly to one side. Ikan Goreng Joget is smothered with sufficient amount of turmeric and salt then fried thoroughly to achieve its crispiness.
