Restoran Windmill
The Lamb Shank served at Windmill in indeed a sight to behold with its vibrant, explosive colours. The flesh is tender and detaches from the bone easily without being too shredded and largely retains the texture of the meat. Served warm, it is completely devoid of any unpleasant lamb smell and will definitely delight your taste buds. It is drenched in an ample amount of thick, tantalizing rosemary sauce that compliments the flavor of the lamb perfectly. A gigantic dollop of creamy mashed potato that exudes a light milky flavour comes with the dish alongside various vegetables such as capsicum, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms. The cherry tomatoes lends a tangy flavour to the dish. It is definitely a pleasure to the senses with its appetizing aroma, attractive presentation and delicious taste.
