Fresh, succulent and sticky – Mango Sticky Rice is one of the simplest and tastiest Thai dessert that puts a pleasantly sweet full stop after endless commas of spicy and tangy dishes. To ensure optimal gratification, the dessert needs to tick several points – fresh slices of ripe mangoes perched on a bed of glutinous rice then sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with coconut milk by the side. The best way to enjoy is to have a little bit of everything for a mouthful of flavour and texture. Are you salivating already? To answer your next question we have carefully curated a crib list that guarantees to place a wide smile on your face before and after your meal.

Amphawa Boat Noodle
This charming restaurant has set a high standard for boat noodles and it's justified looking at the undulating stacks of bowls. Be sure of wrapping up your noodle-ecstasy with a sweet note, a platter of mango sticky rice to be precise. The photogenic dessert is worth stacking up a few plates too – subtly sweet mango, soft and chewy sticky rice drizzled with dried yellow beans and creamy coconut sauce; you couldn't ask for anything more.
