It is a simple dish comprising of rice infused with coconut oil, eggs, cucumber, anchovies, spicy sambal and something, sides like mutton rendang or squid sambal too are available. The dish can be done in various form, depending on the quality of ingredients and method of preperation. But at the end of the day, we just want something delicious. Medan Kelana
You may bat an eye when you come across this humble stall at Medan Kelana, but the truth is, they do whip up a pretty delicious plate of nasi lemak with sambal sotong. Yes, their sambal sotong is one of the signatures, but if you wish to try something else, go for the chicken curry as that is pretty good too.

Warong Warisan Asli Kopitiam
Warong Warisan Asli Kopitiam is a great place to hang out and it does surprisingly look quite identical to Old Town White Coffee. Fortunately, the nasi lemak (along with everything else) is far superior in comparison. Though the it's done quite basic, it's still delicious to say the least. Spicy sambal, fragrant rice and a side of sunny side up.

Nasi Kandar Pelita Restaurant
Nasi Kandar Pelita has been sprouting around Klang Valley for the past few years and is possibly one of the most commercialised nasi kandar there is. In any case, it isn't exactly a bad thing as their standards across multiple platforms are still quite good. Similarly, the nasi lemak too is delicious, with a heap spoon of spicy sambal and relevant sides and condiments, safe to say that it's pretty good.
