Balqis Restaurant
It may be a little odd to find pastas in a Middle Eastern restaurant, though perhaps they were trying to target family with kids who can't eat anything else but carbs and tomato/cream sauce. In any case, despite it being a Middle Eastern restaurant, Balqis Restaurant's approach towards the classic bolognese is noteworthy. The sauce has a nice tang to it while being seasoned perfectly, drench over a slightly overcooked noodles. Softer, just like how the kids liked it.
