Restoran Chi Ming is an inexpensive typical non-halal Chinese restaurant that serves all kinds of "a la carte" dishes that is usually paired with plain white rice. One of their signature dishes here is the pork knuckle with Thai sauce gravy. The pork knuckle is cooked over a steady fire to have a crisp finishing, without being overly cooked and the meat is of sufficient moist. The tang of the sweet and pungent Thai sauce is enticing and it blends pretty well with plain white rice, leaving you with a slight tingling sensation on every bite. This place is highly recommended for those who are looking for a nummy pork knuckle in a "Kopitiam" style ambience.
