Hing Loong Taiwan Mee
Heng Long Taiwan Mee is all about the pork noodles. Having said that, it's not exactly a normal plate of pork noodles where minced pork are used, but rather, pork chop instead. Cut into smaller chunks, Heng Long Taiwan Mee's pork chop noodles is one of the most popular dish in Melaka. The dishes has a great contrast of texture, a balanced flavour profile and well, a nostalgic feeling of dining in such an atmosphere. All and all, if you're looking for a good pork noodle, this place is definitely well worth the visit.
