It’s a pie, no it’s a tart, no it’s actually a Quiche, a popular French pastry that is rather pronounced as “Kesh”. This egg custard which looks like a bloated crown, is usually filled with cheese, seafood, meat and vegetables and comes in two sizes, pint-sized for nibblers and pie-like for diners. Golden Crust
Look beyond pancakes and bagels, why not quiche for breakfast or brunch alike the patrons of Golden Crust. They have been drawing lots of applause thanks to their homemade pies, tarts and quiches! The quiches are palm-sized yet are thick and flavourful, where flavour profiles include smoked salmon, spinach and pine nuts and chicken and mushroom, you would devour them all delightfully.
