Who doesn’t love a plate of good ol’ fashion ribs, or perhaps even some with a new twist? In short, ribs can come in different shapre, sizes and origins – whether pork or beef. But the matter of fact, we love them all. Juicy, succulent and bursting with flavour are only some adjectives that describe how incredibly amazing a good plate of ribs are. We also understand that even though Malaysia itself or more specifically, Klang Valley, has quite a handful of restaurants that offer ribs, it surely isn’t easy to find a good one. Now it may seem that they have not much to offer on that plate, but believe us, the mere 3 elements were more than enough to satisfy your cravings. Beginning with pork ribs, it was extremely tender, juicy and packed with flavour. The marination really works as it permeated and was infused with the meat itself. There was an added bonus, the skin. Lovely and full of juice! We were pretty much fighting for it. The mash potato itself, was one of the smoothest we’ve tried. Perfectly seasoned and packed with bacon bits. Last but not least, the slaw, which was really light and refreshing – a great way to start or end the meal with!More info
