A palatable dish all smothered in a lemony buttery sauce for this. With a diverse dressing of fresh finely chopped herbs. A handful of fresh thyme, a few stalks of asparagus piled and a few dices of red tomatoes as the sides giving the dish a playful character. A definite chic style of a dish that’ll fill your hungry bellies.
