As most of you would already know, Shabu Shabu is a Japanese term for thinly sliced meat cooked in broth (usually consists of various flavour such as sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and kimchi) and served with dipping sauce. Shabu-shabu is indeed fun and of course, delicious. Especially when it comes to a good bowl of broth along with fresh meat and vegetables. Sukiya Japanese Hotpot
When Suki-ya was introduced in Malaysia, people were anxious to try. Queues lasted as long as 20-30 minutes and the fight for unlimited meat and veges were simply a horrible sight. The smell of their broth was also used to draw potential hungry customers. Suki-ya provides a good consistency and freshness on all their raw meat products along with self-service salad, vegetables and sushi counter. There’s also free flow of drinks which includes Coke, Sprite, Ice Lemon Tea which was fantastic because not many shabu-shabu buffet offer them.More info
