Man Yuan Fang is another praiseworthy vegan restaurant located at Plaza Mahkota, Melaka. Founded in 2010, Man Yuan Fang prepares a slightly different version of vegetarian diet with a blend of Asian and Western touches. Do try one of the signature dishes here - the Deep Fried Fish Slices. It is drizzled with a sweet coconut sauce and will tempt you with its aromatic scent. Besides that, they also specialise in “mock meat” dishes that very well emulate a main course of meat in a unique way, such as the Vegetarian Roasted Duck that is served with plum sauce.
