You've probably seen many seafood Yee Mee dishes in your life, with pretty much all of them having pieces of crab and maybe one with lobster. But this Yee Mee is one that you have not seen before, where instead of using the usual crustaceans you would find, it has generous amounts of tiny oysters freshly-sourced locally.
