Ayam Penyet Ria is among the pioneers who spread the ayam penyet obsession all over the country by leaps and bounds. Needless to say, their signature dish is full of colours and flavours. Deep-fried to juicy perfection, the generous slab of meat is placed on a banana leaf and showered with crispy morsels. The platter is then wedged with servings of greens, fried tempeh, tofu and crimson-red sambal. Just a little heads up, the sambal is really spicy and we Malaysians sure love it!
