Chapati is a type of flat bread that uses wheat flour or durum. It's plain and simple look often gives it a deceiving look of tasting rather bland and dull. But of course, you cue in the plethora of curries and chutney found out there. Acting as flavours and textures, your usual chicken or fish curries, dhal, and coconut chutney are often picks to go with the chapati. Also, if it's a plus point for you, it's a healthier alternative to the roti canai.

MOF
Forget the regular chapatti. Here at Ministry of Fish Head Curry (MOF), you will be able to experience flavoured-chapattis. Yes, you read that right, they serve spinach and tomato chapattis. What made it more unique is that the flat breads are literally green and red in colour. But before you go all noisy about how it is unhealthy to put food colouring in meals, this place actually uses pure spinach and tomato puree to produce nice colours to the bread. It took them a few try and error before coming out with the right recipe and serve it to its customers. This unique dish turns to be a huge hit here at MOF. For people who wants to eat healthy while wanting to try something different, this spinach and tomato chapattis are ideal for you.
