Restoran Long Khee
The original standard ‘Yongzhou fried rice’ is probably the most frequently ordered dishes as it is simple yet delectable. At Long Khee’s and most typical Chinese restaurants, you are to order according to the number of people so the chef would be able estimate how much to fry the rice. Know that it is one of the dishes that’s perfected the dish with its elements of chopped scallions, eggs, small prawns and port char siew.

Sakura KristalCertified
halalOne of the slightly different combination of fried rice that’s still oddly satisfying due to the ingredients being concoct up in this restaurant. Instead of the usual slightly browned coloured rice, this dish is dressed with dark sauce and black pepper giving a different a slightly more bitter taste and a little kick going. Mixed well with sliced carrots and beef slices around for an added flavour. Topping it off with a few pinches of spring onions for a finishing touch.

You might say that this fried rice is a little special and goes beyond its ways with presentation. A little more of a culinary art to make it look much more presentable. Named as ‘Nasi Goreng Istimewa’ in their menu, the rice is consistently stir-fried with chilli paste for a hot and spicy feel. Consisting of prawns, chicken, “choy sum” and mixed vegetables accompanied with a fried egg, deep fried chicken thigh, pickles and crackers.
