This green curry rice dish carries a lot of flavours. Although the dish looks merely simple, it tastes so much more than it looks. Served with a small side bowl of green curry filled to the brim. Inside, the green curry consists of bite sized chicken breast meat that are tenderly soft and juicy. Accompanied with a generous amount of rice fashioned with shreds of red chili and scallions, with the only condiments served being two slices of fresh cucumbers. You can have the option of drenching the green curry into your rice to give it that added flavour or mixed accordingly to how you like it.
