Charbroiled till golden brown with a little charring, the tender meat that finds its way to your taste buds have a clean and juicy texture mixed with a smokey flavour. Accompanying it is a special homemade sauce that has coconut, curry leaves, and 'other' undisclosed ingredients that further accentuates the flavour of the grilled meat. And due to it being charbroiled, the meat has a low concentration of fat, making it a prime choice for healthy eating. A baked potato with sour cream is also served to complete the dish entirely.
