Whether you like it thin and crispy or simply fat and chewy, a good serving of keropok lekor for tea is definitely the Malaysian way to go. Affordable and absolutely delicious, it's just so hard to stop once you've started sinking your teeth in along a chilli dipping sauce. A companion to munch on the go or perk up a gathering with friends and family - how can you leave this chewy batons out? Enjoy your share of it with some sirap bandung, or perhaps a bowl of cendol - wouldn't that be nice?

Bijan Bar and Restaurants
Bijan, as many of you might not know, is a place where local dishes are being bumped up a notch. Similarly, the keropok lekor is done with an essence of class, as their lekor itself is packed with a strong scent of fish. It is then fried beautifully and served in a small saucer topped with their homemade chili sauce. If anything, it's the fanciest keropok lekor you'll find.
