Kuching Noodle House
The dish above is none other than Sarawak Laksa Bee-Hoon. A unique broth from the usual laksa you partake in your meal. The broth carries significant spices that enhance the flavour. The broth itself is rather thin but embodies it well with its blend of spices. What makes the broth unique is it contains milk rather than coconut milk hence, the thin broth. The dish contains, chicken, small prawns, sliced egg omelette and coriander. Also, don’t forget to add the dried chilli paste for an extra spicy kick as well and a squeeze of lime for that tangy bit.

Kafe Bawang Merah
Savour a tantalising Asam laksa at Kafe Bawang Merah is one of the better Asam laksa in Subang. The café’s restaurant concept is a little different. It is more of an ala canteen style where they practice a self-service concept. You would need to queue and point at the dishes you would want to order. They will then cook them up and pass you the meal right on the spot. The meals are pre-cooked so this is more of a quicker meal for those who do not have the time of day to wait for long. A quick and easy fix meal as well as a colourful presentation displaying a bright character. Served with fresh red and green sliced chillies, half boiled egg, chunky fish meat, chopped cilantro and lime to sum up its burst of flavours.
