Dinosaur Bones, is Monster Grill's rendition of the global meat lovers favourite, the Lamb Chop. Whenever visiting Melaka and if one should have the cravings for a good a good grill, Monster Grill is the place to be. All the meats are Charbroiled in this restaurant, so expect your 400 grams of 100% New Zealand grown lamb chop to have no added oils but having a ton of flavour! Topped with a creamy homemade barbecue sauce; infused with chicken stock, one would wonder what else could make this better? Guess what, the mashed potatoes have melted mozzarella mixed into them! Now you might be thinking that this is getting all too savoury and heavy, but fret not, the sauce that covers the potatoes have a vinegar base and adds a tangy taste to the dish. This counteracts or complements the meat and balances it all out. So have at it!
