Who would’ve imagined having a panna cotta served as a cake? The cake consists of 4 layers starting with a Limón cello soaked génoise as base; that’s a butter biscuit crumb with lemon liquor. A thin layer of milk chocolate mousse tops the base which helps elevate the overall flavour of the cake. Then comes the panna cotta which generously sets on top. The cake is finished with lemon glaze and decorated with candied lemon segments.
