Brewyard Coffee
Besides an all-day menu and some desserts with the most interesting names ever created, the homemade cakes located in the chiller do not differ much from the common ones that you would find in any cafe. You can find your refreshing lemon cheesecake here. Though a thin slice, the cheese on the top layer is quite solid with a tiny slice of lemon for indication and the bottom quarter is the trustworthy cookie crust. Do not worry about it being too plain because it is drizzled with some chocolate syrup.

Greyskymorning
This minimalist coffee house situated at SS13 will definitely capture your attention. Despite being a cafe that only gives attention to its robust coffee together with a selection of table and chiller cakes, you are sure to spend most of your time here. Regarding their creation of lemon cheesecake, you are able to see about three layers on it, with the steady base of crumbs, you have the lemon cake in the middle while some cream cheese is topped as the last layer. For something to even out the sourness, you have a marshmallow added.

After Black
If you love the amount of cream cheese to be slightly more than the lemon portion in a lemon cheesecake, After Black creates just that with an additional sweetness. Bringing more focus to the savoury part of a lemon cheesecake, the cake created has the lemon filling right in the middle with cream cheese surrounding it like protective layers. The base is just one thin strip of cookie crumbs and there is melted sugar right on the top of the cheese to give it a sugary effect; some sort of a creme brulee but this is the lemon cheesecake.

Garage 51
With the amount of fulfilling Western variety of dishes, there are times we want to tone down when it comes to dessert. This is where the lemon cheesecake comes in. The presentation of the cake itself looks very smooth and neat with quite the lemony taste packed not only within the thin layer atop the cut piece. You can taste the richness in the cheese but yet enough flavour to not let you be sick of it before the last bite.

Coffea Coffee
Albeit the name, Coffea Coffee can really come up with beautiful flavourful cakes. This might capture some attention because it is not your ordinary lemon cheesecake. Besides the thick and rich texture of the cream cheese, the cookie crumbs base plays an important part in maintaining the whole piece. And if you think that is all, think again. You get an abundance of oat crumbs embedded on the top of the cake which allows you to have an additional crunch to the softness.

Cosans Coffee
Cosans Coffee is one of the established cafes around SS15 which even though facing the main road, nevertheless it still acts like a coffee haven to most that visit. Always to accompany your cup of aromatic beverage like the green tea latte or a caramel macchiato, they have included a range of cakes that goes well with it no matter which one you chose. Take the lemon cheesecake for example, because your drink will be filled with flavour, the cake is not made too savoury nor too tangy so it is a good match. The creamy texture can be compared to your milky consistency.
