California Cookie Company is founded on the basis of baking true American-style, fresh & most importantly, BIG cakes. Though their name has the word Cookie in it, their Carrot Cake has garnered positive reviews from both customers and the owners alike. In fact, a friend who has tasted the cake & who does not like carrots claims that it is one of the best cakes she has ever tasted in her life.
