Whether you like it soupy, or dry and moist, a good bowl of pan mee will certainly make you crave for more. This is undeniable, particularly when the noodles are homemade, making it really fresh and springy while still being able to retain a good amount of flavour from both the broth and sauce. Served with a heaping of minced pork, black fungus and crispy anchovies with the occasional potato leaves, it is one of our favourite noodles to enjoy, to say the least.

Special Smooth Pan Mee
Yes, the name is Special Smooth Pan Mee and it's situated inside Kedai Makanan Ka Fee. You might be wondering about the name, but it is fairly obvious as the noodles done by Mr Chan himself is silky smooth. As always, diners can choose between two available options - soup, which is boiled overnight for that added flavour and depth, or dry, a soy-base sauce that coats each piece of teared-pan-mee beautifully. Whichever it may be, you are in for a treat.

JoJo Little Kitchen
Many would have already know of the existence of JoJo Little Kitchen. It has similar traits to Super Kitchen Chilly Pan Mee, but of course, with a slight twist. The chili on the side isn't as spicy in comparison - but it is slightly sweeter and smokier. Noodles are also less bouncy and a little more filling. Despite the slight difference, it's still a great place to have some delicious pan mee.
