One of the most mouthwatering dishes in Li Yen is their peking duck with steamed sesame pancakes. The peking duck is served in 2 servings, with the first one being the appetizer, where they carve up the duck's skin for you at your table. The skin is then wrapped in their sesame pancake, which is both fluffy and tasty. Your teeth will first sink in the fluffiness of the pancake, and then the crispiness of the peking duck. The remaining meat will then be served as a main course, with it being served with either fried rice or noodles.

The 2 course peking duck here is first served with a mandarin pancake, wrapped around the crispy duck skin. The thin layer of pancake ensures that its taste does not overpower the taste of the duck. The remaining duck meat is then served as a main course, with your choice of preparation such as sauteed, stirred fried, or fried. It is also accompanied with a side of your choice!
