Antipodean
Antipodean has been called the king of all breakfast, back when they first started. Of course, over the years, there are many other cafes that offer big breakfast and various other breakfast dishes. Being the first, their egg benedict too is commendable. With a set of perfectly cooked poached eggs, you'll expect nothing less from them. Also, don't forget to take a video of the cutting process as the flow is indescribable.

S.Wine
S.Wine's approach towards their egg's benedict is fairly simple, with a perfectly done poached eggs laid on a piece of ham or salmon, english muffin and finished with a scoop of homemade hollandaise sauce. The poached eggs also has that slight vinger-like taste, while cutting through the poached eggs is heavenly as the yolk flows through beautifully.

Tedboy Bakery
Tedboy Bakery is another popular spot for a delicious breakfast meal. Like many other cafes located in Klang Valley, Tedboy Bakery offers their own version of the eggs benedict - which is fairly simple. They stuck to the basic English muffin with ham, poached eggs and finished with a good amount of hollandaise sauce. What makes this simple dish really awesome is of course, the beautiful poached eggs. Done perfectly, cutting through the egg allows the yolk to flow, adding richness to the dish itself.
