F4 Fish Head Restaurant
Good news for those who love varieties of one dish! F4 Fish Head Restaurant (reminds me of that Taiwanese boy band from the early 2000’s) serves pork knuckles in two styles! It can be served braised or fried. Although the name of the restaurant has the words “fish head” in it, they also serve a wide variety of Chinese dishes such as Pumpkin Tofu, Assam Fish, Bittergourd with Salted Egg and many more. Back to the pork knuckles, the braised one is suitable for those who love a lot of gravy and the meat’s so tender, it comes off easily. On the other hand, the fried one is crispy and served at the side with it is sweet and sour sauce.More infoF4 Fish Head Restaurant View restaurant

Restoran Sin Leong Huat
Restoran Sin Leong Huat really, trully and thoroughly fries their pork knuckle to the bone. It’s so crispy, some reportedly say they hear crunches from friends or family sitting across the table munching on this crispy baby! The Chinese dishes here are well portioned and reasonable too.More infoRestoran Sin Leong Huat View restaurant

Restoran Brother Yat
This restaurant mainly serves seafood but at the side of it, its pork knuckle is served as a 2-in-1 of Western and Asian combined! It’s fried and crispy served on a lot of sweet and peppery Mongolian sauce. The sauce is very well paired with the fats in the pork knuckle and tastes a bit like the crispy Chinese suckling pig.More infoRestoran Brother Yat View restaurant
