Restoran Hing Loong has been around for decades, serving its authentic pork noodles that hails from Taiwan. Despite the frontage of this coffee shop, till today it is still praiseworthy, as the consistency of its food is well-preserved. The plain thick noodles here is topped with a deep-fried pork ribs that is chopped into smaller pieces, a sprinkle of spring onion and a gravy to enhance the flavour of the noodle.
