Known to many in the culinary world as a delicacy of Mexican origins, the quesadilla has long made its mark as one of the delectable Mexican dishes garnering much attention and love from culinary lovers and critics alike. In general, the quesadilla is a tortilla-based fold, comprising of cheese fillings and savoury mix of vegetables (tomato, onions, beans and occasionally avocados). But with the passing of time, the humble quesadillas have evolved as well, adapting to its respective environment and to date, variations of quesadillas are found throughout the globe, and the notion of adding meat bolstered the number of variation exponentially. Even now, in Malaysia, the quesadilla has made its debut as an international dish.     In Loco Mexican Bar and Restaurant, they serve one of the best quesadillas in town, maybe even throughout the whole of Klang Valley. Loco's quesadillas comprise of a tortilla wrap lightly grilled on a pan before adding in a generous amount of cheese, the main component bringing the dish together. Along with a selection of proteins ranging between poultry or beef, plus fresh avocado, the quesadillas of their making is more often than not, a big hit among the crowd patronizing the outlet. Also available in vegetarian version, the quesadillas are served with three different dips: Salsa Pico de Gallo, Salsa Boracha and Salsa Loco.

    Gets pretty crowded at night.
